As a complete Australian Idol tragic, I watched the final last night with fingers crossed that Queenslander Stan Walker would win. His audition - where he sung “Ordinary People” by John Legend - was unreal and I also liked his catchy rendition of “Single Ladies” by Beyonce. What also appealed to me was Stan’s strength to overcome adversity and achieve was he has achieved.
Congrats Stan, you are truly deserving.
